Fundraising Volunteer

Description

As a Fundraising Volunteer with our charity Zetetick Housing, you’ll play a vital role in helping us raise funds to provide safe, supported homes for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and additional needs. This role focuses on organising, distributing, and administering our charity collection boxes in the community.

Responsibilities

• Place and collect donation boxes in local shops, cafés, and community spaces
• Keep records of collection locations and amounts raised
• Count and securely return collected funds to Zetetick Housing
• Support the fundraising team with basic admin tasks linked to collections
• Represent Zetetick positively when liaising with local businesses and supporters

Qualifications

• Friendly and reliable with good organisational skills
• Comfortable liaising with local businesses and the public
• Honest and trustworthy with handling money
• Previous experience in fundraising or admin is helpful but not essential
