Register Support Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Register Development team to provide excellent customer service to donors and potential donors on the Anthony Nolan stem cell register.

We are looking for a Register Support Supervisor to join our Register Development Team.

Title:  Register Support Supervisor 

Salary: £34,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

These include but are not limited to:

• Provide support to Register Development Coordinators providing guidance and daily oversight.

• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback.

• Deliver excellent customer service to donors and potential donors ensuring we answer all queries in a timely manner and to our customers and colleagues.

• Act as a first point of escalation for troubleshooting and queries.

• Coordinate training with guidance from management.

• Collaborate with colleagues across Anthony Nolan.

• Deal with sensitive information in line with GDPR and Anthony Nolan’s policies.

Essential Attributes:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and provide constructive feedback.

• Experience of supervising teams in a fast paced environment.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• A proactive and solutions focused mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes effectively.

• Excellent working knowledge of databases including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CORAL).

• Demonstrable experience in delivering customer service.

• Proven organisational skills and the ability to prioritise during busy periods.

• Accuracy and proven attention to detail, along with the skill to learn and maintain new information in an ever-changing environment
