Contract - 6 months fixed term (MAT cover) 

Location: Home Working, with the requirement to occasionally travel to areas which the role supports and engage with other stakeholders with the People Services

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our friendly and welcoming People HR Administration team. This is your chance to make a real difference to people's lives.

About the role

The HR Administrator is responsible for managing, operating and maintaining People XD system with the greatest level of accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include, generating contracts of employment, responding to requests and administration queries from colleagues across the organisation, and accurately inputting personnel data to HR/payroll system.

The HR Administrator will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve performance and processes within the department.

You will be a key part of the busy People HR Administration team, and will report directly to the People Admin, Systems & Data Manager.

About You 

• You will have a high standard of literacy, and have good oral and written communication skills
• You will have outstanding communication skills, as well as being a self-starter
• You will be computer literate - particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel
• You will have well-developed multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Experience of working within a HR is desirable
• Due to the confidential nature of the role - diplomacy and absolute discretion are key requirements
