City St George’s Students’ Union is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Volleyball Coach to lead our Men’s 1st Team, who compete in BUCS South Eastern Tier 2.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of the game, experience in developing players at university or club level, and the ability to foster a positive and competitive team environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Planning and delivering engaging and progressive weekly training sessions.

- Preparing the team for BUCS league and cup fixtures.

- Providing individual feedback and supporting player development.

- Working collaboratively with the Students’ Union and team committee to support player recruitment and club growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum of a Volleyball England Level 1 Coaching Qualification (essential).

- Previous coaching or playing experience at club, university, or regional level.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- Commitment to attending weekly training sessions and supporting match preparation.
