We’re looking for a Senior Care Lead (Nights) to join our amazing team at Bridge Haven and lead with heart, purpose, and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and inspire Care Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
✅ Provide hands-on support in line with Avante’s Philosophy of Care and the Eden Alternative
✅ Supervise the home in the absence of senior management
✅ Mentor and train staff to ensure a safe, nurturing environment
What You Bring:
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (required)
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
