About the role

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Retail, Services and Operations team.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, as Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of Yorkshire Cancer Research’s warehouse. The role will focus on accurately picking, packing and preparing donated stock for distribution to retail outlets or beneficiaries.

This role provides an opportunity to make a real difference by supporting the flow of goods that ultimately attracts the funds needed to deliver life-saving research and services across Yorkshire.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent or able to demonstrate experience in a similar role at a similar level.
