Change management in a changing diocese.
Can you support (and challenge) emerging Minster Communities, and the leaders of the community, in putting in place working practices, whether through various informal agreements, or through more formal legal change?
We’re looking for somebody with:
- knowledge and experience of change processes
- a solid understanding of Anglican church life
- the ability to work productively with local church congregations
who can help the Archdeacons by:
- getting involved on their behalf in the detail of Minster Community conversations
- working alongside existing diocesan support for local congregations in relation to their church buildings
- making sure safeguarding policy and procedures are embedded as Minster Communities are formed.
If you can quickly get to grips with church laws and processes and see how they can be productively applied in local situations, as well as offering a calm and supportive presence in challenging conversations, then we’d love to hear from you.
To arrange an informal conversation with Claire Wood please contact Paige Bradshaw-Jones on 0116 261 5309.
