Jara Trading is based in North London and has created multiple brands selling unique products across online marketplaces platforms around the world. We sell on platforms like Amazon and Tiktok amongst others channels.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Ecommerce Manager to join our expanding team. We operate multiple brands and manage hundreds of products sold daily across leading online marketplaces. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth while developing valuable expertise and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving and dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the setup, improvement of third-party ecommerce platforms.

● Provide support for general SEO tasks and day-to-day operations

● Help compile and analyse weekly and quarterly business performance reports

● Develop skills in sales analytics for online marketplace performance

● Creating, updating, and launching product listings across various websites

● Contribute to data analysis to optimise marketplace results and website performance

● Managing advertising campaigns

● Research potential new third-party marketplaces for business growth

● Support B2B sales activities and administrative duties as required

Candidate Profile:

● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel

● Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● A good standard of written English for creating product content and catalogues

● Willingness to multitask and take initiative to support business objectives

Compensation & Benefits:

● Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with flexible hours during winter Fridays)
