- Charity Law, Governance, or Risk Oversight
- People, Culture, HR, and Organisational Development
We also welcome candidates with knowledge of housing, health and care, the charity sector, volunteer engagement, or fundraising. Lived experience of ageing, dementia, or caring roles is highly valued.

Time commitment:
- Around 8–10 days per year, including five Board meetings and one away day
- Participation in one or more sub-committees
- Attendance at occasional events, visits, or resident activities
- Hybrid meeting options are available, though most meetings are in Winchester
