Dog Boarding Carer Job DescriptionResponsible to: Lincoln Farm Centre ManagerLocation: Lincoln Farm centre near Blandford, DorsetContract: Full time, temporary contract Salary: £12.21 per hourJob OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dog Boarding Carer to join our team!In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to the dogs boardingat our Lincoln Farm centre.You will be working closely with the dogs and their owners, delivering outstandingcustomer service while maintaining a clean and safe environment.DutiesEnsuring all areas are kept scrupulously clean.Providing daily exercise and enrichment.Monitoring and recording health and behaviour.Grooming and bathing.Engaging with owners and addressing questions and concerns in a polite,professional manner.Answering boarding enquiries over the phone and via email.Taking and accurately recording bookings, both on paper and the database.Administering and recording medications.Supporting the Rescue & Rehoming team.Qualifications and ExperiencePrevious experience with dogs is essential.Canine related qualifications are desirable.You will need to be physically fit as this role is fast paced and physicallydemanding.The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a genuine passion for caninewelfare.The position is full time (Tuesday - Saturday, 7am - 3:30pm) on a temporary contractfrom 18 October 2025 to 8 March 2026.ththSalary: £12.21 per hour.Registered Charity Number: 1167990
