Role Summary

We are looking for a vicar who:

• connects with people of all ages and backgrounds;
• encourages younger people with whom we already have connections to become more involved and develop a greater sense of belonging within our church community;
• can recognise where change is needed, inspires us to take everyone with them. They will need to increase our visibility in the community, including in schools, and grow our church;
• is comfortable with a wide range of styles of worship, both traditional and informal;
• is a good teacher with the ability to make faith relevant in today’s world.
• has energy, leads by example, encourage others, bring a joyful spirit and a good sense of humour.
