We are recruiting friendly, reliable casual Front of House team members to support dining and events at Linacre. You will help with room set-up, meal service and clearing in a supportive, inclusive and sustainability-focused environment.

Rate: £13.16–£15.00 per hour + rolled-up holiday pay at 12.07%
Contract: Casual worker engagement (zero-hours)
Location: Linacre College, St Cross Road, Oxford OX1 3JA

The Role

• Setting up dining spaces; serving meals and beverages at lunches, dinners and College events.
• Keeping service areas clean and welcoming; following food safety and health & safety procedures.

About you

• Customer-focused, punctual and a team player.
• Comfortable in a busy service environment (training provided).
• Experience in catering or customer service is a plus, not essential.

What we offer

• £13.16–£15.00 per hour + rolled-up holiday pay at 12.07% (shown separately on payslips).
• Flexible, variable shifts including some evenings/weekends/bank holidays; rotas agreed in advance.
• Uniform provided; free meal on duty when the kitchen is operational.
