QA Test Analyst
Ready for a new, exciting role in IT?
We’re looking for skilled, collaborative IT professionals to join our busy and friendly team. If you’re a little tired of working in environments where everything revolves around profit, this is your chance to make a real difference—our work directly supports dog welfare across the UK. We offer a fun, informal, and social culture with a flexible hybrid working model. (Most of your time will be spent working from home but with regular, focused collaboration days in our London office when needed). It’s a great opportunity for people who thrive within dynamic, fast paced team environments and care about the purpose of their work.
What does this role do?
As a QA Test Analyst you will,
- Take user stories and acceptance criteria and turn them into test cases that map to real Salesforce processes and objects.
- Work out what we test, where (which sandbox), with what data, and what the exit criteria are.
- Identify risks early — especially where data, consent, dedupe or integrations are involved.
- Write and run manual tests for the core Salesforce journeys (supporters, donations/income, cases/requests, campaigns, bookings).
- Keep the automated regression pack up to date (we use Provar) so it reflects what we use in production.
Please see attached job description for further responsibilities of the role.
Interviews are provisionally scheduled for the week commencing 12th and 19th of January 2026.
