This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (Cardiff, Wednesday is office day), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.
Salary 36,000 – 41, 000 per annum
About the role
As the Business Improvement Lead, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and driving strategic improvements across the B2B business. You will be responsible for identifying areas for development and coming up with ideas and strategies that help drive revenue and improve on conversion.
You will be working closely with the different teams across the B2B verticals, and using your market insight you will deliver recommendations and propose impactful solutions that support our business objectives and success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using market insight and awareness of the complete B2B proposition, look to innovate and produce new ideas, tests and experiments to the business.
- Provide insight and guidance to the Commercial team on both the market and messaging to ensure they are best equipped to succeed against revenue and conversion targets
- Working with Product to develop a digital experience within our existing processes, optimising key metrics to maximise conversion and revenue.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have commercial awareness, be a strategic thinker, and have strong communication skills. Key skills required include:
- Ability to gather, interpret, and apply market insights to drive business improvement decisions
- Drive change and new ways of working to achieve desired outcomes with sales teams
- Solutions driven mindset and strong communication and influencing skills
- Understanding of B2B revenue and conversion drivers and how to align strategies accordingly
- Analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
