A new part-time role to lead, develop, and grow Christ Church Southend’s ministry with youth (secondary school age). The Youth Pastor will work with the Head of Children, Youth & Families on developing this aspect of our ministry (11-18s), be the key person responsible for developing the ministry, and ensuring our young people are given every opportunity to grow in their discipleship - growing to maturity in Christ. The successful applicant will play a significant role in shaping our ministry with 11-18s across all aspects of church life.
