Care Team Leader

Location: Fairlawn Residential Home, St Mary's Road, Ferndown, BH22 9HB

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour

Hours: Full time hours - 4 days per week (To include alternate weekends) 7:45am - 8pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Team Leader to join the team at Fairlawn, our purpose built residential and dementia care home based in the heart of the community in Ferndown, Dorset.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
• Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
• Administration of medication to residents
• Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
• Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's

You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
