Stoke City’s catering partner, ABM Catering, are looking to recruit a Front of House Manager to work at the bet365 Stadium.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a keen understanding of food safety and production, as well as the ability to supervise staff effectively in a busy environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest standard of service while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Supervise and lead the front of house team, including waitstaff and bartenders, to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist in training new staff on food safety practices, customer service techniques, and menu knowledge.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all suites, bars, and other front of house spaces.

Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production is required.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations within a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
