We are seeking proactive and positive individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our catering team. The Café Manager will provide exceptional standards of customer care, leading a small team you will have excellent communication skills and a desire to deliver a high-quality experience to all our visitors.

The Café is being taken in-house with a new menu, layout and new suppliers. The ethos is very bound up with that of house, the aim being that the Café is an extension of Charleston. While this is clearly defined, your role will be to ensure the overall direction is maintained on a daily basis.

You will oversee the smooth day-to day running of the Café, including ordering and prepare food served, managing the Café staff and contributing to the collective effort to keep the site the best it can be.
