Brand Marketing and Acquisition Lead
Plan International UK is a global children’s charity striving for an equal world. One where every child can reach their full potential and every girl can choose her own future.
We bring people together to protect children’s rights and keep girls safe, in school and in control of their bodies – even when disaster strikes. And we won’t stop until we are all equal.
This unique position brings together brand marketing and supporter acquisition across our fundraising and advocacy programmes — and we’re looking for a creative, data and results driven leader to help us grow our fame and income in bold new ways.
As Brand Marketing and Acquisition Lead, you’ll lead a talented team of five to deliver creative, insight-led campaigns that disrupt the status quo and inspire action. We’re rolling out a new challenger brand tone of voice to give us cut through and embracing a spirit of experimentation — so if you love testing, learning, and innovating, this role is for you!
You’ll have a strong track record managing both above- and below-the-line campaigns, and experience driving supporter acquisition into fundraising products. You’re equal parts strategist and doer — able to combine creative flair with financial acumen and analytical rigour.
We’re after someone who can:
- Bring creative energy to campaigns that cut through
- Use data and insight to shape best-in-class brand marketing and acquisition programmes
- Inspire and lead a team to deliver ambitious results
- Effectively manage and forecast complex budgets monitoring especially monitoring CPAs and ROIs
- Champion an experimental mindset and a bold new way of storytelling
