Full-Time Support Worker – Poole (BH12)
Shift Pattern: 10.5-hour shifts (7:00am–5:30pm or 10:00am–8:30pm), including alternate weekends
Driving Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence essential (you will be driving a manual mobility vehicle)

We’re currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Poole.
You’ll be supporting a gentleman in his 50s who has autism, epilepsy, and may display behaviours of distress. He leads an active and engaging life and enjoys:
Going for walks
Horse riding
Spending time with his parents
Playing ball games
Listening to music
Watching TV
Your role will include:
Providing full personal care
Supporting daily routines and activities
Promoting independence and well-being
Building a trusting, respectful relationship
