Educationalist In-person Interviewing Event

• Appropriate degree, UK PGCE or equivalent
• A minimum 2 years’ of teaching experience
• Working knowledge of the National Curriculum of England is highly desirable
• Subject expertise in Science, Mathematics and ICT/Computer Science is highly preferred
• Previous experience or knowledge of working with pupils for whom English is not their first language
• Evidence of relevant and challenging continuing professional development Knowledge and experience
• Aware and up to date in all relevant safeguarding polices and practice
• Recent and consistent involvement in extracurricular activities
• Respect for all members of a school community, irrespective of position, gender, age and ethnic background
• Passionate about teaching and a strong commitment to holistic education
• The ability to inspire pupils through a genuine passion for learning and a desire to lead them towards outstanding academic outcomes
• A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life
• Highly motivated, ambitious and collaborative
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm in working with children
