Hours: Part-time – 21 hours per week (flexible across 3 days over 7)
Salary: £13,879.32 per annum (£12.71 per hour)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the organisation, storage, and distribution of stock to DEBRA stores
• Manage Bought-in Goods for online sales, ensuring prompt and accurate despatch
• Schedule and oversee driver and courier collections
• Maintain a safe, organised warehouse environment
• Collaborate with retail teams to align stock distribution with sales performance
• Identify and implement improvements to logistics processes

Key Responsibilities:

Goods In:

• Accept stock deliveries and maintain accurate records
• Prepare stock for despatch

Goods Out:

• Despatch goods to stores and customers with accuracy
• Monitor and maintain consumables (e.g., packaging)

Stock Management:

• Conduct periodic stock and cycle counts

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in warehousing, despatch, or supply chain
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
