Are you passionate about making sport safer, fairer and more inclusive? Gymnasts for Change International (G4CI) is seeking two new trustees to help shape the next stage of our global survivor-led movement.
About Us
Founded by survivors, G4CI is a registered charity driving systemic change in gymnastics and beyond. Our work has already contributed to meaningful policy reform in British Gymnastics, and we’re now pushing for legal reform, cultural change, and international athlete welfare. With strong core funding until 2027, this is a pivotal moment to join us.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from people with:
- Advocacy, campaigning or strategic litigation expertise
- Sports governance knowledge and experience
We are particularly keen to hear from those with lived experience of abuse in sport, as well as people of colour, neurodiverse and disabled people, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.

The Role
- Voluntary position(reasonable expenses reimbursed)
- Hybrid meetings(London-based & online), 4 times a year

Full induction and trustee training provided
