  • Operating as one unified player development programme that delivers two teams capable of peaking at major competitions
  • Putting People First

This has meant increasing our capacity in coaching so that:

  • More frequent interaction with the GB Men’s team, helping players feel connected to the programme
  • Expanded planning capacity for the GB Men’s team, enabling the support team to deliver high-quality services

This dual-role position combines responsibilities for individual player development and leadership of the GB Men’s senior team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Performance Programme Head Coach (and GB Women’s Coach) to shape the future of British Wheelchair Basketball through player development, programme alignment and team coaching.
