  Are you passionate about supporting people involved in the criminal justice system to build safer, more fulfilling lives?

  We’re looking for a dedicated

  Outreach and Criminal Justice Recovery Practitionerto provide intensive, person-centred support to people on Probation. In this vital role, you’ll engage with vulnerable individuals, identify their needs, and work collaboratively with health, social care, and justice professionals to help clients stay in the community and thrive.

  You’ll play a key part in improving continuity of care, reducing reoffending, and empowering people on their recovery journey.

  The Service

  Via Harrow is an established Community Integrated service that is well performing and highly functioning. The service consists of both clinical and psychosocial and is CQC registered to provide a range of clinical interventions including BBV & health interventions, OST, and community detox, as well as robust family and carers and service user involvement provision.
