We’re recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and confident students to join the bar team at The Old Fire Station — a unique 1,200 capacity nightclub and 550 capacity live music venue in the heart of Bournemouth.

As part of the Students' Union at Bournemouth University (SUBU), we host a wide range of exciting events — from major club nights to live gigs and student-led shows creating unforgettable experiences for students in Bournemouth and beyond.
About you:
You must be a current or prospective student at BU or AUB who’s ready to work late nights and weekends in a high-energy, fast paced environment. You’ll bring a positive attitude, be a great team player, and have a genuine interest in nightlife and events.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Serving drinks efficiently and with great customer service at the bar
· Working on the box office giving customers a great first impression of the venue.
· Running the pot-wash and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the venue.
· Supporting the upkeep of the venue during and after events
· Upholding hygiene, safety, and licensing standards at all times
· Contributing to a fun, respectful, and inclusive team culture
