- Previous experience in recruitment or administration (desired).
- Experience with high-volume data entry and working with databases (desired).
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel knowledge is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements.
