You will also work closely with various teams across National Star, advising and supporting them with procurement matters.

Attention to detail, strong administration / organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are vital as your responsibilities will include updating procurement systems, tracking order progress and liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deal with enquiries and resolve queries, ensuring that all relevant details are included, approvals are in place and goods arrive on time.

Supporting the Procurement Manager, you will also use your analytical and reporting skills to help produce monthly summaries and metrics, monitoring supplier performance and looking at ways of helping us to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate is likely to have work experience in a procurement role or an administration role supporting a procurement / purchasing team. You will be self-motivated with a “can do” approach to practical and creative problem solving. Above all you will enjoy being able to make a positive contribution to a busy team.
