  • Bede's Trust requires an organised and proactive individual to join the Admissions Department as an Admissions Assistant at our Senior School.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the Admissions office at the Senior School, dealing with primarily administrative tasks and to be available to assist at the Prep School and Summer School when it is necessary.

    Being the key person handling the Admissions email inbox enquiries, along with establishing good contacts with educational agents and prospective families, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has excellent administrative skills and attention to detail, they must have a good telephone manner with a clear, calm and efficient approach to the role.

    This is a Full Time, Permanent position, working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year with the working hours of 08.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
