Main duties of the job
A quality preceptorship package is provided from our clinical teams with the support our Clinical Educators.
The Surgical Admissions Unit is responsible for caring for patients requiring elective surgery pre and post operatively including day cases and overnight admissions. The unit accepts patients from 14 specialities within the trust.
The successful candidate will be supported and trained using a competency based package to enable a rotational programme within the Surgical Admissions Units and Post Operative Surgical Day Unit.
The successful candidates will be required to work a rotational shift pattern.
