About the role
Reporting to Trinity’s Head of International Recognition, the Recognition Business Development Manager will work on sourcing quality leads, converting them through the pipeline and reaching established KPIs. You will support the advancement of the recognition footprint of Trinity’s exams by assisting in B2B work and growing company sales.
This role combines sales, marketing, and strategic engagement with universities and other education bodies globally. Drawing on your prior knowledge and experience, you will support Recognition efforts within the scope of products sale.
About You
We are looking for the following in you:
- A degree in an Education, Marketing, International Relations or TESOL
- Sales/business development experience, ideally within international education or the ETL industry
- Experience of using a CRM, ideally HubSpot
- Experience in developing B2B campaigns
- Able to assess KPIs and campaign effectiveness analytically
- You will be an analytical thinker who is motivated and tenacious, sales-oriented and goal-driven with excellent inter-personal skills.
