As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping how we attract, select, and onboard exceptional talent. What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across IWM, from attraction to onboarding
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and coach managers in best-practice selection
- Develop our employer brand to attract diverse talent across all levels
- Drive senior recruitment and manage external partnerships
- Use data insights to inform decisions and continuously improve candidate experience
- Collaborate across HR to evolve our Talent Acquisition strategy
- Line manage and develop a Talent Acquisition Officer
- Support delivery of IWM’s People Strategy and Access & Inclusion agenda
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading recruitment across sectors and senior levels
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment market and HR principles (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent)
- A track record of designing inclusive selection approaches
- Confidence using data to drive decisions and improve outcomes
- Creativity and curiosity to explore new attraction and selection methods
- A passion for building great candidate and hiring manager experiences
