We employ staff who are passionate about engaging with people, providing creative and stimulating activities, and supporting individuals in maximising their independence and self-confidence.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join us at our newly-awarded supported living service based in the Wembley/Harrow area. The project supports adults with moderate to profound and complex learning disabilities, as well as additional mental and physical health needs.
These crucial roles will assist with the management of the day-to-day running of the service, coordinating person-centred care for service users and overseeing the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and increase independence and participation. Working in partnership with service-users and their families, you will be actively involved in planning and delivering a range of creative and social activities both on site and in the wider community. You will also be mentoring and providing support and supervision to a team of dedicated support staff.
