Following the rotation and retirement of two of our existing board members, we are looking for new trustees to join us at P3 Charity.

If you know P3, you will know we are a charity with a huge sense of purpose. Every day our teams work alongside people who are having a hard time and help them build a life they can feel proud of. We want people who feel drawn to that mission. Experienced trustees are very welcome, and so are people looking for their very first board role. What matters most is your curiosity, your commitment to good governance and your belief in people.

The commitment is very manageable and designed so people with busy lives and full-time jobs can take part. We hold five board meetings across the year, one away day, and our four subgroups meet online. You will be joining a warm, values led organisation with a strong executive team and a Board that takes its responsibilities seriously while keeping its feet firmly on the ground.
