P3 is seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead our Mental Health Helpline team based in Ripley, Derbyshire. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a dedicated group of Helpline Operators, ensuring that every caller receives safe, empowering and compassionate support. You will drive high-quality service delivery, monitor performance against KPIs, embed best practice in call handling and risk assessment, and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with the NHS, Police, EMAS and wider community agencies. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you’ll contribute to shaping policy, producing performance reports, supporting recruitment, and ensuring our helpline continues to be a safe and trusted source of guidance for people across Derbyshire.
