Trojan Sports is seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Teacher who can support Trojan Sports’ success in Dubai. The start date for this role is January 2026.
Trojan Sports currently has one 50m pool running to the highest possible standards, aiming to become the market leader for customer service in aquatics in the region. With this in mind, we are seeking an adaptable individual who can deliver high-quality swimming lessons and inspire the next generation of swimmers.

Delivery of Lessons:
- Develop and safely deliver highly engaging and quality lessons which cater to a variety of abilities
- To plan swimming lessons which adhere to the Trojan Sports scheme of work and meet the assessment criteria
- Recognise the abilities of participants, and encourage them to succeed
- Evaluate performance and identify areas to be improved by providing relevant feedback
- Understand, and therefore, continuously strive to achieve the Trojan vision
- To communicate with customers regularly to update them on their child’s progress
Other roles within the Learn to Swim program :
- To represent Trojan Sports with pride within a school setting, and build working relationships with key school staff
- To represent and assist Trojan Sports at any event or competition that is deemed necessary by the Senior Management
- Enforce that safety standards are always followed and adhered to
- Ensure all daily records, such as swimmers’ attendance and achievements on the registers and uploading all relevant details on the booking system each day, are completed on time
- To support the Learn to Swim Manager with administration tasks deemed necessary.
