Your empathy, understanding, and non-judgmental approach will be key in helping them feel heard andempowered to set and achieve personal goals.We know that people’s lives are complex. Join us and be part of a team thattruly makes a difference.You will have:Proven experience in health and social care setting and/or social work qualification / nursingRMN RGN, NVQ level 3 in health and social care.Proven track record of delivering agreed service targets in a flexible, creative, way as well asbeing able to deliver structured interventions to clients.Knowledge of the key issues facing substance users, in particular female substance users and acommitment to helping women access relevant support.Knowledge and experience of safeguarding procedures and processes, confidentialityprocedures and data protection guidelines.Experience of managing a caseload of clients in line with agreed processes.Experience of working in partnership with other agenciesOasis Project offers a supportive, friendly team that serves thecommunities we live in.
