We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a lady living in her own home in Oban. She enjoys activities such as visiting the cinema, socialising, watching television and films, and spending time within the local community. She requires support in all aspects of daily living, and your role will involve promoting her independence while developing a positive and meaningful professional relationship.
Supporting individuals with learning disabilities is a rewarding role that involves recognising and embracing each person’s individuality. Each day offers the opportunity to explore interests and experiences – from enjoying a walk in the community to visiting a favourite café or engaging in personal hobbies. As a Support Worker, you will empower her to lead a fulfilling life, promoting confidence, choice, and independence in everything she does.
