Role description: Officer

We need a new Property Maintenance Officer who will be vital in our mission to provide secure, dignified housing to care experienced young people. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents by maintaining and enhancing our supported housing properties. You will uphold standards and create environments that foster a sense of home and belonging.

This means hands-on involvement in property renovations, inspections, repairs, and upgrades. We are looking for someone who will immerse themself in the practical aspects of property management, with project management and practical skills. We want you to drive a commitment to excellence for people who have been written off but should be treated well.
