About The Role
An exciting new role has come up within thew People Team at St Michael’s Hospice! We are looking to recruit full time for this role, however 30 hours per week would also be considered. Working under the support of the People Director, you will be leading a diverse team to success and development!
Your team will consist of a People Officer, People Coordinator and a passionate team of volunteers. All bringing to the table different areas of expertise and knowledge.
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real difference? At St Michael’s Hospice, we’re seeking a People Team Manager to lead our operational HR functions and support strategic initiatives that shape our culture and workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked across a variety of HR settings and can bring a breadth of knowledge and adaptability to our team. You’ll manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and development practices, while driving projects that enhance organisational performance and people experience.
