  • Connect and inspire:Drive sales through proactive outreach, lead management, and relationship building.
  • Strategize for success:Develop and execute long-term sales plans to grow your market.
  • Stay agile:Manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure with confidence.
  • Engage daily:Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate:Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead with positivity:Approach challenges with energy and optimism.
  • Promote global opportunities:Represent EF/Hult at fairs, exhibitions, and events to help customers embark on language-learning adventures abroad.
  • Flexibility matters:Late shifts and occasional weekend coverage may be required.
  • Achieve and exceed:Consistently hit and surpass your sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or recruitment (recent grads with strong work/internships experience welcome).
  • Experiences with Türkiye or the Russian Speaking Countries.
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, and a true team player.
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to meet prospective students throughout the year.
  • Previous study abroad experience and/or sales background is a plus.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to connect with diverse markets—experience engaging with international audiences is highly valued.
