We are looking for a first opinion equine vet to join our team at Animed Equine Veterinary Clinic starting in Jan/Feb 2026 for initially for 6-9 months.
We have an experienced team of 5 friendly ambulatory equine vets working out of a purpose-built clinic who provide a high level of evidence led clinical care to horses and ponies in South Hampshire and West Sussex. Our well-equipped clinic includes an examination room with stocks, 4 stables with trot up and the usual range of portable equipment and in house lab. We have a great equine nursing assistant team to support us both at the clinic and on the road.
The role would suit an experienced equine vet however we are also able to support a recent graduate. We have an excellent out of hours rota due to collaborating with Equicall. Salary tailored to experience. Part time applicants will be considered. Long term prospects may be a possibility for the right candidate (our previous maternity covers are still here several years later!).
