Desirable Application Good standard of education e.g. GCSEs, A levels Essential Application EXPERIENCE Experience of supporting adult victims of domestic abuse. Essential Application and Interview Experience of one-to-one case work management, risk and needs assessment, support and safety planning with all clients Essential Application and Interview Experience of multi-agency and partnership working with both statutory and third sector agencies. Essential Application and Interview Experience of undertaking risk assessments of clients and delivering a service to meet the need and risk. Essential Application and Interview Experience of working with clients from a variety of communities and with diverse needs. Essential Application and Interview Experience of supervising volunteers. Desirable Application and Interview PRACTICAL AND INTELLECTUAL SKILLS (INCLUDING ANY SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE) Knowledge and understanding of how domestic abuse impacts on adults and children.
