This is a key position for LAWC, responsible for supporting the team and the Chief Executive in providing an excellent admin service to staff and clients, through the smooth running of the office and reception area.
The Administrator ensures the efficient running of the reception, ensuring that clients are welcomed in a warm and professional way.
Key areas of responsibility
• Ensure the reception area is staffed and managed in a welcoming and professional way, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all clients and other visitors.
• Provide admin support for the counselling service
• Provide admin and other support to the Chief Executive and the team
The post holder will need to be self-motivated, show initiative and flexibility, and be able to cope with many varied demands on them throughout the day. For the right candidate there is potential for the role to develop to encompass other areas of responsibility.

Luton All Women’s Centre works mainly with women who have experienced some kind of abuse or trauma, with many struggling with poor mental health due to these experiences.
We work with women with complex emotional and practical needs, aiming to deliver a programme of services and interventions that empower and enable women to move towards recovery. We also work to challenge gender inequality in all its forms
