👥 About the Role
Our Belle Vue service is a lively, warm and welcoming home where we support three wonderful ladies with a range of complex needs.
As a Support Worker, you’ll help them live as independently as possible, supporting with:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medication management
- Household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Taking part in community activities and social opportunities
You’ll follow detailed support plans to ensure consistency and high-quality support. At times, you may support individuals through behaviours that challenge, including verbal outbursts, self-injury or pushing furniture, so you’ll need to remain calm, consistent and supportive.
This is a person-centred role where you’ll work alongside an experienced, established team.
The ladies all have active social lives and two have mobility vehicles so a manual UK driving licence is essential for this role 🚗
🕓 Working Hours
24 hours per week on a rota basis
Typical shifts:
- 8:00am – 8:00pm
- 10:00am – 10:00pm
Alternate weekends apply (one week: one weekday + one weekend day; next week: two weekdays).
An Enhanced Adult DBS is required.
