Leatherhead Parish Church (LPC) is seeking a Kids Pastor (Head of Kids) to lead and expand our vibrant children’s ministry.

🕒 Hours: 20–25 per week
📍 Location: Leatherhead Parish Church & Lighthouse, Surrey
📅 Contract: Part-time (maternity cover, with the likelihood of becoming permanent)

Our vision is simple yet bold: to love God, love people, and make disciples of Jesus. Our LPC Kids vision is to partner with parents to build a gospel-centred spiritual foundation in their children’s lives. We teach from God’s Word so that children may become confident in the nature and character of God, and learn what it means to love God, love others and make disciples of Jesus Christ.
About the Role
This is a pivotal opportunity to have oversight of lead six thriving Sunday kids groups, currently welcoming 50+ children and over 100 registered families. You’ll Oversee the age-appropriate programmes, and continue to train a dynamic volunteer team that equips children to grow in faith. You'll have admin support through the Kids Coordinator. You’ll also help connect families into the life of the church and develop exciting opportunities in schools and the wider community.
