We are looking for a Ex Armed Forces & Veterans Link Worker to work within the Community Hub team & understand the cohort’s needs and barriers to accessing services. They will also act as a point of contact for connecting to relevant services and support. The Community Hub is part of the Early Intervention & Prevention services in Stockport.
