We are looking for someone who brings both vision and empathy – a trusted advisor who can model the values we hold dear, while guiding us towards new and better ways of working. You will collaborate closely with with our Artistic Director & Co-CEO, and with the wider Senior Leadership Team to build a people-centred organisation ready for the future.
