Teacher of Sport

Yateley Manor is currently seeking to appoint a passionate and well qualified Teacher of Sport.

Sport at Yateley Manor is strong with pupils taking part in a range of sporting activities throughout the year. Pupils take part in fixtures every Wednesday and Friday competing against local schools. Pupils participate in a range of sports including Modern Pentathlon. We have various clubs on offer throughout the year including Mountain Biking and Biathlon.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring, committed, and qualified Teacher of Sport to work with our strong Sports department. The successful candidate should be able to teach across the whole age range up to Year 11, and ability range. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the future development of the subject both within the curriculum and in terms of performance.

We would like to hear from experienced Sport/PE teachers, as well as those early in their teaching career. The ability to teach core PE and academic PE at GCSE is essential for this role. The ability to teach an additional subject ideally Geography would also be looked upon favourably.
