Job Description JOB TITLE: Senior Instructor BASED IN: The Caldecotte Xperience, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire HOURS: 37 hours per week with some evening and weekend work. Standard working hours – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm LEAVE: 28 days holiday per annum plus bank/public holidays (pro-rata) CONTRACT: Full-time, Fixed-Term contract (February to October) SALARY: £27,000-£28,000 per annum PENSION: Up to 5% matched contributions TRAVEL: Occasional travel around Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Position in the Organisation : • • Reports To: Working With Head of Centre & Training : The Caldecotte Staff team Main Purpose and Scope of the Role : • To work with the Head of Centre and lead water activities with regard to staffing, maintenance, standard outdoor education programmes to a variety of children, young people, and some adults.
